COACH EXPECTATIONS
- All coaches are expected to demonstrate core values of respect, integrity, honesty, responsibility, and accountability.
- All coaches are expected to serve as role models for the Club, fostering a safe environment and coaching with consistent communication, disciplinary actions, and encouragement across all wrestlers.
- All coaches must be aligned with our Program Philosophy, technique curriculum, and have a team-first mentality.
- All coaches are required to have a current USA Wrestling Leader membership, inclusive of a background check and completion of USAW’s SafeSport training.
